Megyn the dance instructor is incredible! She doesnt just show you a move; she breaks down the anatomy of it so you know exactly where your grip points should be. They are great at managing a mixed-ability class, giving everyone personalized attention and modifications that fit our specific body types. I always feel safe because she prioritizes a thorough warm-up and provide clear exits for every trick. Highly recommend for anyone who wants to build a strong, safe foundation! It’s the highlight of my week!:)
